Order Processing

When an order is received after 5pm, on a weekend or bank holiday the order is processed the next working day. This has a knock on effect on your leadtime.

Item availability

When items go out of stock assets may remain on the website. If you have ordered an item which is out of stock we shall make you aware at the first possible chance and process a refund or let you know the back in stock date.

Pre Order Items

We may advertise items with a pre-order date to allow you to reserve stock. The date advertised may be subject to change and is the most accurate date at the point of publication.

Lead Times

All advertised lead times are estimated. Based on our experience the lead time advertised is our average lead time. Current lead times are 10-14 days.


We do not offer an assembly service. Check each individual product page to see if assembly is required.

Payment partners

Paypal, VISA, Mastercard.

Can you take payment over the phone?

No. Payments are only taken through the website.

Request an invoice

Your invoice is sent as an attachment to your order by email. You can also find it and print it in your invoice from your account under my orders.

Site security

All the data of your order and your payment are sent in encrypted form by SSL protocol, from your computer to the electronic payment terminal of our banking partner.

No payment method is registered on the site.

If your item is being delivered by our 2 man carrier your order will be booked over the phone. Failure to answer the call may cause delays.

Curbside Delivery

Deliveries are curbside only, any additional help offered by the driver is down to their discretion.

Delivery dates

We cannot immediately provide a delivery date when the order is placed, ensure you follow the lead time and await contact.

Extended Lead Times

Some hard to reach places require an extended lead time for more info please view the Terms and conditions.

Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?

No. We deliver to the Uk mainland only. An option for customers is for us to deliver to a stock forwarder who would then deliver on your behalf. Call for more info.

14 day returns

For all orders, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee to start from the day you receive the goods.


When returning an item the customer must package the item in the original packaging.


Refunds are processed after the returned goods are received and inspected.

Customer proof

If an item is damaged or the customer wants to return an item we shall request an image to see the condition of the items. And to ensure the item is correctly packaged.

How do I claim on my warranty?

You must provide valid proof of purchase which is within date and images of the issue you are claiming against. Contact us through the contact us page.

Do I need to cover my furniture or store in winter?

If you want your furniture to more than exceed the advertised warranty we recommend you store or cover your items in the winter months.

Do you have a showroom?

No. Our goods are available online only.

Can I collect stock from your warehouse?

No. We are unable to service these requests.
